Refund policy

Order Cancellation & Modifications

You may cancel your order at any point before it has been shipped. If you’ve already completed payment and need to make changes or cancel the order, please contact us within 12 hours of your purchase. After this window, if the shipping process has begun, we will no longer be able to make changes or process cancellations.

  • A 5% cancellation fee will be applied to cover non-refundable transaction fees.
  • If you request a cancellation after the 12-hour window and your order has already shipped, you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost should you decide not to keep the item(s).
  • All returns must be sent back in unused, original condition with all packaging intact.

Replacements & Damaged or Defective Items

We will replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incomplete (e.g., missing components). If this happens:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • You’ll be asked to provide photo or video evidence of the issue for our records and processing.

Replacements will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by customer handling (e.g., tears, bends, improper opening).
  • Items that have been discarded and cannot be inspected or documented.
  • Claims submitted without adequate photo/video proof.

Returns & Refunds

If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • Returns must be initiated within 10 business days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (with tags if applicable).
  • Customers can choose between a refund to the original payment method or store credit.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
  • We do not provide pre-paid return labels; customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Please return items using a trackable shipping method and keep your proof of postage. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we cannot issue a refund or store credit.

Please note that payment processing fees charged by our payment provider are non-refundable. Therefore, the refunded amount may be slightly lower than the original purchase total.
